Return / Refund Policy
Return will only be accepted on manufacturing defect or any technical fault / issues found.
Return will only be accepted with in 7 days of delivery.
No return or refund request will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
No return will be accepted on any type of physical damages.
Only replacement will be provided if any manufacturing defect or any technical fault / issues found.
Refund will only be provided if we are unable to ship the replacement of product or there is an unavailability of replacement product.
All the replacement should take 20-25 Days of lead time for dispatch or lead time as per the manufacturer.
Return or Refund will not be accepted on Non Acceptance of delivery after booking the order and If happened then Zero refund would be applicable.
Order cancellation will not be accepted after confirmation of order or after advance payment.
Order cancellation will not be accepted after Dispatch / In-transit / Out for Delivery product status and If happened then Zero refund would be applicable.
Order Should be accepted only on 100% advance payment.
Order cancellation / Return / Refund will not be accepted in case of delay in delivery. Since we are also dependent of Logistic partners.
In case of forcefully return without written approval, Refund or replacement will not be acceptable and customer has to pick the product on there own cost.
All disputes are subject to Indore (M.P) Jurisdiction only.
